How to receive notifications on the watch?

This Smart Call Watch is a Double Bluetooth Connection .

For iOS:

1. Make sure the Bluetooth is connected (Go to your phone settings–> Bluetooth–> Check if the smart watch is connected to Bluetooth)

2. Make sure your phone allows the APP to send notifications (Go to your phone settings–> Find the APP–> Switch on “Notifications”)

3. Make sure you have turned on “Push Notifications” on the APP (Go to the APP–> Device–> Click the “Push Notifications”–> Switch on all the applications you need)

For Android:

1. Make sure the APP is running in background (Go to your phone settings–> APPs–> Find APP–> Launch settings–> Switch on “Run in background”)

2. Make sure your phone allows the APP to send notifications (Go to your phone settings–> APPs–> Find the APP–> Switch on “Allow Notifications” and “Permissions”)

3. Make sure you have turned on “Push Notifications” on the APP (Go to the APP–> Device–> Click the “Push Notifications”–> Switch on

Please note: When you turn on “Do Not Disturb” on your watch or APP, you will not receive call notifications on the watch.

Tips:

When the battery power of the watch is less than 20%, it cannot be paired with Bluetooth. The distance of the Bluetooth connection is 8-10M

Please don’t connect the fast charging plug when using the charging cable, which may cause damage to the watch charger due to overcharging.
