Once upon a time I had a solid black Australian Cattle Dog that I lost while walking the dog at night. Since then, I’ve been thinking I should make a glowing dog collar. It worked surprisingly well, so I recommended it to my friends and they told me not to worry about walking the dog at night, and one person even said he and his dog avoided a car accident because of the light-up collar!
